1、高速動車組空調(diào)  High Speed EMU A/C

高速動車組空調(diào)具有噪聲低、溫度調(diào)節(jié)精度高的特點(diǎn),并具有壓力波保護(hù)功能以免動車組隧道運(yùn)行或會車時產(chǎn)生的劇烈壓力波動影響乘客的舒適性。我們成功研制了配套CRH380B、CRH5系列、CRH2系列及中國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)動車組的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。

High Speed EMU A/C features low noise and high temperature regulation precision, and has pressure wave protection function to prevent violent pressure fluctuation generated while EMU runs in tunnels or passes by other trains from impairing comfort of passengers. We have successfully developed A/C systems for CRH380B, CRH5, and CRH2 series and EMUs per China’s standards. 



     

2、城際動車組空調(diào)  Intercity EMU A/C

城際動車組空調(diào)具有噪聲低、降溫迅速的特點(diǎn),并具有壓力波保護(hù)功能以免動車組隧道運(yùn)行或會車時產(chǎn)生的劇烈壓力波動影響乘客的舒適性。我們成功研制了配套CRH6A、CRH6F、CRH3A、CRH3F、KDZ10及KDZ16城際動車組的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。

城市軌道車輛包括地鐵、單軌、輕軌、有軌電車、市域車等,我們能夠根據(jù)各城市的運(yùn)行環(huán)境特點(diǎn)配套性能可靠的環(huán)保型城市軌道車輛空調(diào)、以及滿足不同客戶的節(jié)能、耐高溫、防風(fēng)沙、薄型、低噪聲、一體化等特殊需求。目前已經(jīng)為中國的香港、北京、廣州、深圳、重慶、成都、天津、大連、南昌、長春、蘭州、廈門、沈陽、福州、武漢、佛山等城市配套了城市軌道車輛空調(diào),并為麥加、德黑蘭、布宜諾斯艾利斯、拉合爾地鐵車輛配套空調(diào)。

--節(jié)能型空調(diào)  Energy Efficient A/C

通過采用變頻控制技術(shù)、并聯(lián)壓縮機(jī)技術(shù)、熱泵等技術(shù)而實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能。

Variable frequency control, paralleled compressor and heat pump techniques are used to realize energy efficiency. 

變頻技術(shù):通過調(diào)節(jié)壓縮機(jī)頻率實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能:壓縮機(jī)自動適應(yīng)負(fù)荷變化而變頻運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行頻率降低時能效比提高而節(jié)能的同時減小車廂內(nèi)溫度波動;節(jié)省空調(diào)負(fù)荷變化過程中壓縮機(jī)頻繁啟停的能量耗損。

Variable frequency technique:Energy efficiency is achieved by regulating frequency of compressor. The compressor adapts to load variation automatically and runs at variable frequency. When operating frequency drops, energy efficiency ratio is improved to reduce temperature fluctuation in the cab while saving energy so that energy loss during frequent start/stop of compressor during A/C load variation can be saved. 

并聯(lián)壓縮機(jī)技術(shù):利用外部管路將兩臺壓縮機(jī)連結(jié)在一起而形成并聯(lián)壓縮機(jī)、并共用一套換熱器,當(dāng)空調(diào)負(fù)荷需求下降時停止1臺壓縮機(jī)的運(yùn)行將使能效比得到很大提升而節(jié)能;同時實(shí)現(xiàn)多級能力調(diào)節(jié)而減少壓縮機(jī)啟停頻次、同時減小車廂內(nèi)溫度波動。

Paralleled compressor technique:Two compressors are connected with external pipelines to form paralleled compressors that share the same heat exchangers. When A/C load demand drops, 1 compressor can be stopped to greatly improve energy efficiency ratio and save energy. Also, multi-grade capacity regulation is realized to reduce frequency of start/stop of compressor and temperature fluctuation in cab.

耐高溫空調(diào)  High Temperature Resistant A/C

選用適應(yīng)高溫運(yùn)行的制冷劑和壓縮機(jī),通過制冷系統(tǒng)各部件的合理設(shè)計(jì),使空調(diào)機(jī)組適用于高溫地區(qū)。

Refrigerant and compressor suitable for operation at high temperature are selected. A/C units apply to high temperature regions by designing all components in the cooling system properly. 

防風(fēng)沙空調(diào)  Weatherproof A/C

采用公司的自動排沙專利技術(shù),利用冷凝腔底板適當(dāng)?shù)男倍取⒗淠L(fēng)機(jī)作用及車輛的振動,將進(jìn)入冷凝腔的沙塵從機(jī)組冷凝腔兩側(cè)面適當(dāng)設(shè)置的排沙孔排出空調(diào)機(jī)組外,在列車運(yùn)行過程中被兩側(cè)的風(fēng)吹走。

Our patented automatic dust-removing technology is adopted to remove dust entering condensation chamber of the A/C unit through dust holes appropriately located on both sides of the condensation chamber with the aid of the appropriately sloped bottom plate of the condensation chamber, the condensation fan and vibration of the vehicles, which will be blown away by wind whistling by both sides of the train during its operation.

低噪聲空調(diào)  Low Noise A/C:

通過優(yōu)化匹配設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用低轉(zhuǎn)速低噪聲風(fēng)機(jī),并采用減震措施而實(shí)現(xiàn)空調(diào)機(jī)組的低噪聲。雙層夾板底板結(jié)構(gòu)及消聲阻尼技術(shù)、配合出風(fēng)消聲風(fēng)道而有效地降低空調(diào)機(jī)組噪聲對車輛客室的影響。

Low noise of A/C unit is realized by optimizing and matching design, applying low rpm and low noise fans and taking damping measures. The double-layered laminated bottom plate structure and silencing and damping technology plus silencing air duct at air outlet effectively reduce the impact of noise generated by A/C unit on compartments in vehicles. 



      


      

4、干線鐵路客車空調(diào)  PDL A/C

具備配套干線鐵路全系列客車車型空調(diào)的能力,而且是國內(nèi)車輛廠的青藏線鐵路客車空調(diào)專門供應(yīng)商。

We are capable of providing A/C for full range of PDL rolling stocks as a dedicated supplier of A/C units for passenger trains shuttling in Qinghai-Tibet railway lines. 

      

5、機(jī)車空調(diào)  Locomotive A/C

研發(fā)了配套韶山系列機(jī)車、東風(fēng)系列機(jī)車及和諧系列機(jī)車的空調(diào),并出口到越南、土庫曼斯坦、蘇丹等多個國家。

We have developed A/C for Shaoshan, Dongfeng and Hexie series locomotives which have been exported to Vietnam, Turkmenistan and Sudan, to name only a few.
